In Today's episode I am going to be sharing with you the top misconceptions I hear about for those following the Ketogenic Diet.  I was interviewed by Nicole Woodard (who you listened to on the last episode) about all things keto and IF 101. I have my own expression of keto as many do and I wanted to share with you my top misconceptions I hear about in the online space & share an interview I did about Keto & IF. Common Misconceptions:

  1. Must be under 20g Carbs
  2. Have to focus on Net Carbs ONLY
  3. Can’t have snacks
  4. You have to do intermittent fasting & keto
  5. You can’t have bulletproof coffee or you MUST have it
  6. Veggies are bad, fruits are bad
  7. Eat all the dairy you want
  8. Dropping Calories with keto
  9. Not a lifestyle
